Chicken & Chorizo Pasta with Napoli Sauce

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil
2 chorizo sausages, sliced
500g diced chicken breast or thighs
2 x 500ml jars of my Napoli Sauce
150ml cream
375g pack of any pasta, I used tagliatelle Grated parmesan and chopped parsley to serve
Method
1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta as per packet instructions. Drain
2. Heat a large frying pack over medium to high heat. Add a good drizzle of olive oil and fry the chorizo for a couple of minutes, stirring until starting to brown.
3. Add the diced chicken and cook stirring for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Add the Napoli Sauce to the pan. Stir to combine and let simmer for a few minutes.
5. Add the cream and stir through. Once the sauce is simmering, turn off. Add the drained pasta and toss to combine.
6. Serve with parmesan and parsley.
