Meet Tim

Enter a realm of culinary delight with the master chef of Ballarat and the co-host of Channel 10’s popular daytime cooking show, Good Chef Bad Chef. A fervent foodie, Tim’s ethos is all about supporting community, showcasing local fare and serving up hearty dishes that ooze joy, warmth and comfort.

Services

Tim’s services are founded on genuinity and a passion for sourcing local. His conjuring of hearty dishes, his experience in the hospitality industry, his commitment to locally-foraged ingredients and his desire to support small business permeate through all his work.

“I was looking for someone well known, personable and talented to run a virtual cooking demonstration as part of a networking session for my conference attendees and Tim sprung to mind! He was so brilliant to deal with both in the lead up to the event, and on the day. Given this was the first time I had done something like this, he made it a breeze, came up with a delicious recipe that was well suited to everyone”
